Work is underway on Riverside Street to remove failing plant material and replace it with more vibrant plant material.
Colorful flowers have been added to the association's entry monuments. Please note that color is changed throughout the year and is included in the association's landscape maintenance contract. This is a reminder that association provided mulch has been dropped at the end of Rosetta Canyon Drive and at the end of Steele Valley by the park. This mulch is provided to the association at no cost by the association's landscape contractor Park West and is for the use of community homeowners. The Board's recent contract negotiation with Park West resulted in this being provided at no cost to the association. Please help yourself. Mulch benefits soil and plant health and helps to conserve moisture. This is an annual event so once the mulch is gone, there will be no additional mulch delivered. Happy gardening! |
