California is suffering through a serious drought. As a result, many homeowners are now interested in replacing water thirsty turf with drought tolerant landscape. We are frequently asked what is required to make this change. As with any other change that a homeowner wishes to make to the exterior of their property, homeowners are required to submit a design application and receive written approval prior to making any exterior modifications, including landscape. The application can be found on the association’s website myrosettacanyon.com under Forms entitled Architectural Request form. Complete applications are reviewed by the committee twice per month. Written response is sent out following the meeting.
Plans have been approved for Phase II of the city owned Rosetta Canyon Park that include softball fields, restrooms and concession areas, vehicle entry arch, pedestrian entry arch and a maintenance building.
