 The Rosetta Canyon Community Association, an Avalon managed community, was awarded the prestigious Community Association of the Year from Community Associations Institute (CAI). On hand to receive the award were Vice President Linda Cooley and President Adam Armit, and Lana Hamadej of Avalon Management. The award acknowledged the efforts of the board to maintain and even lower assessments while making improvements to the community, providing family community events, and their diligent work on water conservation. The award was presented at the annual CAI award ceremony.
 A big thank you to our local firefighters at the Rosetta Canyon Fire Station for allowing Rosetta Canyon to host a fun filled morning and visit with Santa. Santa took time from his busy schedule and posed for pictures with all. Thank you!
