Painting of the community mailboxes is scheduled to take place starting December 5 and ending around December 16, depending on weather. The painting project includes replacement of numbers on the cluster boxes. This project will be completed by Painting Unlimited and is approved by the Board of Directors as a reserve project.
The Park West crew was busy installing new color at the entry monuments. The red and white cylamen are an upgraded flower that was negotiated into the contract by the Board of Directors and is typically used for the holiday season.
Park West Landscaping was proactive and has cleaned up Rosetta Canyon's V-ditches clearing mud and debris that had become lodged. This process allows the clear passage of rain water and run-off in time for our upcoming rainy season.
For questions regarding this project, please contact your Avalon Manager. The Association purchased and installed four bulletin boards. They are installed at the corner of Sunblaze and Rosetta Canyon Drive, the corner of Elsinore Hills and Rosetta Canyon Drive (across from the school), the corner of Astrid and Riverside and the corner of Steele Valley and Riverside. The purpose of the bulletin boards will be to have locations where meeting notices and agendas are posted in advance of meetings. Meeting signs will still be placed prior to meetings. Please check these signs for important association information.
